Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, take clear photos of the item, the original packaging, and the shipping label, and email them to support@dovelka.com within 48 hours of delivery. The photos help us process your replacement quickly and file any carrier claim. Claims reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible, so please check your order promptly.

What's Not Covered

Our guarantee and warranty do not cover:


  • Accidental or physical damage — drops, crushing, being run over, or damage from misuse or abuse

  • Improper use or installation — damage caused by not following the placement guide or instructions

  • Normal wear and consumables — routine battery depletion over time (batteries are a replaceable consumable)

  • Unauthorized modification or repair — units that have been opened, altered, or tampered with

  • Damage from extreme conditions — submersion, fire, or exposure beyond the product's stated operating range

  • Loss or theft after the item has been delivered

  • Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect function

  • Returns without proof of purchase, or items returned outside the applicable window
