We offer domestic and international shipping with tracking.
For non-US customers: Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties, which are outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times

Processing Times
Orders take 3–6 business days to process after the order is placed before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.
Please track your parcels through the tracking link sent to you. If you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery window, please let us know and we will assist you.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you'll receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you have trouble finding your tracking information, please contact support@dovelka.com for assistance.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors we cannot control — such as international customs processing, peak seasons, and holidays — may cause shipping delays. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
